     Mortgage Loan Fee:     From $50,000 to $250,000 = 1.5%
                                      From $250,001 to $500,000 = 1%
                                      From $500,001 and up = 0.5%
                                      (* Loan fee is paid at closing)
                                      (** Loan fee are cumulative)
                                      (*** Additional Fees may apply for certain loan types)
